SCHEDULE NO 3
The Procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability
Chairman/MD is the chief executor and is responsible for the day to day management of the activities of the Nigam and overall administration in accordance with the Rules and Bye-laws and other instructions issued by the Central Govt./KSBS, Govt. of India / Dte Gen. Resettlement / Government of Uttarakhand from time to time. All the decisions relating to finance and administration are taken by him.

SCHEDULE NO 4
The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions
The Heads of Garhwal Mandal / Kumaon Mandal (i.e. Chief Proj,ect Officer / Project Officer) will submit reports on the working of projects in his Project Offices Chairman/MD. All proposals for new Projects shall be submitted to the Chairman/ MD for sanction. Thereof, Chairman/MD will present the proposal to the Board of Directors for their approval and finally after the approval by the Board, Chairman/MD will persuade the Govt. of Uttarakhand for the final approval of the project. The General manager not existing as on date will be appointed at the appropriate time / Chief Project Officer and Accounts Officers/ Chartered Accountant of the Company shall advice the Chairman/MD in all matters relating the administration and finance of the Nigam.

The rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions

  • Govt. of Uttarakhand Orders.
  • Central and State Govt. Labour department notifications
  • Director General Resettlement, Ministry of Defense Instructions.
  • Minimum Wage Act, Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Service Tax Notification and Companies Act, 1956 Notification The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, Notification WC "Employees" Compensation Act, 1923.
